He was born in 1995 in Izmir. After graduating from Işıkkent High School, he completed a double major in Industrial Engineering and Economics at Penn State University in the USA in 2017.

While studying, he did an internship in the performance improvement department at Ernst & Young. After graduating, he settled in Valencia/Spain and prepared for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the Finn class. During this period, he was selected to be in the Olympic candidate team of the Turkish Sailing Team. After the Finn class left the Olympics, he settled in Milan and started to work at Makotrans, a family company operating in the logistics sector between Turkey and Italy for more than 40 years. While working in 2021, he completed his master's degree in "International Logistics and Supply Chain Management" at Politecnico Di Milano University.
